It cannot be taken for granted that children know about food production and (organic) farming. To create awareness we develop with the children a course with basic knowledge about soil, plants, animals, food, environment. Beside activating all senses with tasting, smelling and groping agricultural resources and products, children will be challenged by storytelling, video clips, pictures and when possible in the program, a farm visit could complete the course.
